Chelsea - Estate Planning/Business/Real Estate Paralegal
Chelsea joined our law firm in July 2017. She holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and French language from Temple University. Before deciding to pursue a career in the legal field, Chelsea taught French at the high school level for several years. Chelsea has also completed her certificate in Paralegal Studies at Bucks County Community College in Pennsylvania. Currently, Chelsea is serving as a paralegal in the estate planning department, real estate department, and corporate department.

Jazmine - Administrative Assistant/Client Liaison
Jazmine joined our law firm in January 2026 as a client liaison coordinating intakes. With 8 years of customer service experience, she strives to create a positive and welcoming experience for every client she works with. She takes pride in helping clients navigate challenging situations with professionalism, efficiency, and compassion. Jazmine serves one the primary points of contact for clients, answering questions, and ensuring they feel informed and supported every step of the way.

Kathy - Senior Administrative Assistant
Kathy is a Sr. Administrative Assistant at the Pollock Firm LLC who has been with our law firm since July 2015. Kathy provides internal guidance and assistance to the staff and attorneys at our firm. Kathy graduated from Rutgers University in 2014 with a double major in criminal justice and sociology.

Kim - Estate Administration Paralegal/Client Liaison
Kim has been a member of the firm since January 2016. Kim assists clients with estate administration and trust administration matters. Her employment background includes more than 30 years of professional corporate work, accounting, bookkeeping, estate planning and administration, preparing annual minutes, maintaining corporate books, real estate and underwriting. She has her Associates Degree in General Insurance.

Linda - Senior Administrative Assistant and Billing Coordinator
Linda joined our law firm in January of 2023 and is currently serving as our Senior Administrative Assistant. Linda has 4 decades of corporate experience stretching from Project Management, Bookkeeping, Technical Support, Service Level Agreement and Contract Negotiations, Office Administration, and Business Ownership. She has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Rider University and a Master’s Certification in Project Management from Steven’s Institute of Technology. Additionally, Linda is a graduate of the United States Personal Chef Association. She has a passion for interior design and home remodeling having had personal General Contractor experience to boot. If you visit our office during her lunch break, you most likely will see her power walking the surrounding area, so feel free to wave!

Lindsy - Practice & Client Services Manager
Lindsy joined our law firm in February of 2018 and is currently serving as our practice & client services manager. She has more than 15 years of customer service experience in various industries. Her positive and client focused attitude fit right into our firm's family-like atmosphere. Lindsy's primary responsibilities include gathering necessary information from our clients and prospective clients, organizing and scheduling meetings, and assisting with various other secretarial services as needed.

Lori - Estate Planning/Real Estate Paralegal
Lori joined our law firm as a paralegal in November of 2021. Lori has over 15 years experience as an estate planning paralegal. She prepares estate planning documents for our firm, including Wills, Trusts, Deeds, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Powers of Attorney. Lori graduated from Hofstra University.
