Kathy has been with our law firm since July 2015. Kathy is in charge of payroll, maintaining accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly billing. Her touch is found in many aspects of The Pollock Firm’s operations. Kathy is also heavily involved in ensuring the technology at the firm is running smoothly. If you have any questions regarding firm operations, payments, or accounts receivable, she’s the one to ask. Kathy graduated from Rutgers University in 2014 with a double major in criminal justice and sociology.
Chelsea joined our law firm in July 2017. She holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and French language from Temple University. Before deciding to pursue a career in the legal field, Chelsea taught French at the high school level for several years. Chelsea has also completed her certificate in Paralegal Studies at Bucks County Community College in Pennsylvania. Currently, Chelsea is serving as a paralegal in the estate planning department, real estate department, and corporate department.
Lindsy joined our law firm in February of 2018 and is currently serving as our client liaison coordinator. She has more than 15 years of customer service experience in various industries. Her positive and client focused attitude fit right into our firm’s family-like atmosphere. Lindsy’s primary responsibilities include gathering necessary information from our clients and prospective clients, organizing and scheduling meetings, and assisting with various other secretarial services as needed.
Lori joined our law firm as a paralegal in November of 2021. Lori has over 15 years experience as an estate planning paralegal. She prepares estate planning documents for our firm, including Wills, Trusts, Deeds, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Powers of Attorney. Lori graduated from Hofstra University.
Linda joined our law firm in January of 2023 and is currently serving as our Senior Administrative Assistant. Linda has 4 decades of corporate experience stretching from Project Management, Bookkeeping, Technical Support, Service Level Agreement and Contract Negotiations, Office Administration, and Business Ownership. She has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Rider University and a Master’s Certification in Project Management from Steven’s Institute of Technology. Additionally, Linda is a graduate of the United States Personal Chef Association. She has a passion for interior design and home remodeling having had personal General Contractor experience to boot. If you visit our office during her lunch break, you most likely will see her power walking the surrounding area, so feel free to wave!
Dawn joined our firm as Receptionist in December 2024. She has over 25 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Employee Benefits Specialist, and C-Suite Executive Assistant in the Software, Risk Management, and Healthcare industries. Dawn earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from Eastern University in St. Davids, PA.
On her own time, Dawn enjoys fine dining, traveling abroad, spending time with friends and family, and attending church.
