Supporting Staff - Kathy Valdez

Kathy Valdez is the Office Manager at the Pollock Firm LLC.  Kathy has been with our law firm since July 2015. As the firm’s Office Manager, Kathy is in charge of Human Resources, firm policies and procedures, maintaining accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly billing. Her touch is found in nearly all aspects of The Pollock Firm’s operations. Kathy is also heavily involved in ensuring the technology at the firm is running smoothly.  If you have any questions regarding human resources at the firm, firm operations, payments, or accounts receivable, she’s the one to ask.  Kathy graduated from Rutgers University in 2014 with a double major in criminal justice and sociology.

Supporting Staff - Kimberly Hartman
Kimberly Hartman has been a member of the firm since January 2016.  Her employment background includes more than 32 years of professional corporate work, accounting, bookkeeping, estate planning and administration, preparing annual minutes, maintaining corporate books, real estate and underwriting.  She has her Associates Degree in General Insurance.
Supporting Staff - Chelsea N. Robinson

Chelsea N. Robinson joined our law firm in July 2017. She holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and French language from Temple University. Before deciding to pursue a career in the legal field, Chelsea taught French at the high school level for several years.  Currently, her duties at the firm include marketing, creating and maintaining client files and data sheets, answering office phones, and general secretarial assistance to all. Chelsea is also pursuing a certificate in Paralegal Studies at Bucks County Community College in Pennsylvania, where she has lived all her life.

Supporting Staff - Lindsy Ahr

Lindsy Ahr joined our law firm in February of 2018 as the Legal Secretary. She has more than 15 years of customer service experience in various industries. Her positive and client focused attitude fit right into our firm’s family-like atmosphere. She gathers necessary information from our clients, organizes and schedules meetings, answering the phones, and other general secretary services for the office.
