Kevin A. Pollock is the Managing Member at The Pollock Firm LLC. Kevin’s primary practice areas include tax planning, estate planning, probate, business law, charitable giving, and trust administration. With over two decades of experience, Kevin is the head of the law firm’s estate planning department
Kevin graduated from Rutgers College, with a B.A. in History and a minor in Japanese. He was the recipient of the Henry Rutgers Research Scholarship and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. During his junior year, Kevin studied abroad at the Kansai Gaidai University in Osaka, Japan and can speak conversational Japanese.
Kevin received his Juris Doctorate and Sports Law Certificate from Tulane Law School in 1999 where he was a Legal Research and Writing Fellow, the APALSA Secretary, and a member of the Asian/Pacific-American Law Students Association Moot Court Team.
Kevin graduated from New York University Law School in 2000 with a master’s degree in taxation and a concentration in estate and gift taxation.
