Jessica J. Sauer is an associate attorney at The Pollock Firm LLC. Estate planning, administration, and guardianship matters are her core practice areas.
Experienced in drafting documents from simple wills to irrevocable trusts, Jessica focuses on finding the right plan (and tax solutions) for every client, exploring ways to maximize charitable impact and minimize familial conflict.
A former child advocate, Jessica appreciates the importance of thoroughly addressing estate planning concerns as they relate to guardianship, visitation, and special needs planning (including creating third party special needs trusts when appropriate).
Jessica is a member of the Princeton Area Community Foundation NextGen Giving Circle, the Mercer County Estate Planning Council, the Probate Committee of the Mercer County Bar Association, and the Elder & Disability and Real Property, Trusts & Estate Law Sections of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She also enjoys volunteering for the Special Olympics and speaking with community and faith-based groups about estate planning.
