Jessica J. Sauer is an associate attorney at The Pollock Firm LLC. She focuses her practice on estate planning, trust administration, and guardianship matters.
Jessica is passionate about drafting wills and trusts tailored to the unique situation of each client. From creating plans for the distribution of business interests to setting clear expectations and legal boundaries for blended families, Jessica understands the value and importance of planning ahead to avoid costly conflicts and minimize taxes down the road. As a former child advocate, she also has a heart for finding solutions when parental custody is a concern or family members have special needs.
Jessica is actively involved in the estate planning community as a member of the Mercer County Estate Planning Council, the Real Property, Trusts & Estate Law and Elder & Disability Law Sections of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Probate Committee of the Mercer County Bar Association. She is also a former Trustee of the Women in the Profession Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
She is proud alumna of Grove City College (a small and fiercely independent liberal arts college where she studied business and political science) and Pepperdine University (where she earned degrees in law and dispute resolution while serving as the Lead Articles Editor of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal, a residential advisor, a moot court judge, and an extern for the Honorable Lawrence J. Mira of the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles). She is currently pursuing a post-graduate degree in taxation at Villanova University to continue developing her knowledge of sophisticated planning strategies for families and closely-held businesses.
Jessica was recently recognized as one of New Jersey’s 10 Best Estate Planning Attorneys by the American Institute of Legal Counsel.
