Elizabeth C. Ketterson, Esq. has been a member of the firm since November 2009. Elizabeth is a native of New Jersey, having returned to the state after living in the Boston area and more recently in Westchester County, New York. She has over a decade of law firm and administrative experience. Elizabeth focuses on estate administration work.
Jessica J. Sauer, Esq. was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 2007 and began her legal career representing children involved with protective services (DYFS/DCP&P). She spent over seven years advocating for her clients both in and out of court. Jessica is a recent addition to the firm and is currently focused on estate planning and guardianship work.
Pierson Backes, Esq. is an Of Counsel member of the firm. He is admitted to the bar in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His undergraduate degree is from Hamilton College (B.A., Honors) and he received his J.D. cum laude from Temple University. He is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association and New Jersey State Bar Association, and served on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Michael H. Joseph, Esq. is Of Counsel to the Law Office of Kevin A. Pollock LLC. Mr. Joseph has extensive experience in personal injury cases and civil litigation. With a solid background in trial, litigation, and appellate work, he practices before the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey and is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Westchester Bar Association.
Franklyn Z. Aronson is an Emeritus Attorney to the firm. After spending 50 years practicing Wills, Trusts and Estate administration Frank retired from the practice of law in 2016. We wish to congratulate him on his retirement.
